I would say outside. Refrigeration works by slowing down the rate of decay - either by action of microbes and fungus, or just slowing down the metabolic disintegration of plant and animal tissue. The lower temperature slows down the rate of the associated chemical reactions and therefore slows decay.
At room temperature (assuming your aren't in an igloo) these reactions will proceed more quickly.

when the food is out side the refrigerator then there r almost 60%of its chances to getting fungus and when in fridge it has 10-20% of chances of getting fungus if the food is kept for a long period

It really depends on the kind of fungus, but generally, the fungus gets a better growth env. out side the refrigerator, sice the humidity and temp. are more outside.

the answers will be always outside . that's the reason why different types of cold storage are available in the markets including this refrigerator. fungus are active toward higher temperature and moisture.

I think you mean mold sweetie, generally if your fridge is cold you don't have to worry about mold. Mold is more likely to grow outside the fridge...like on bread. Heat and dampness and to a lesser degree light is the culprit for mold. If you keep your bread in the dark...like in a bread box, mold won't grow as quickly. Hope this does the trick :)
