Why aren't your alarm bells going off? Showing up at your house late, showing up at your job--that is just plain creepy.

Well, it depends, kind of sounds like the other co-worker may be a bit jealous. Talk to this guy, be honest, dont be afraid to ask him what he wants from you. Maybe this guy thinks you are playing hard to get. I mean if he wanted just sex, looks like with all the hints and non-kissing would have given him the impression that he isnt gonna get that. So why would he still be trying to get your attention if all he wasnted was sex? Maybe he does like you for more than that. Just sit down and have a long talk with him, let him know where he stands with you right now, and ask him what he wants from you. Good Luck!

It doesn't necessarily mean that every guy wants every woman for sex. Keep in mind that sexual feelings and the need to propagate are very visceral urges. They are instinctual. Some women bring out these urges more strongly in men than others do.
There's a fine line between persistance and stalking. If it makes you uncomfortable then you need to bring it to a stop, even if it means outside intervention using a group of friends or the police. Especially if you're not interested.

No it's not true for Every guy, but sounds like this guy certainly only wants one thing....You Need to Tell him straight up......that you like him as a friend and you don't want him ringing you late hours, showing up at your house or work and trying to kiss you...tell him you find this offensive and he needs to back off..if he continues, you need to call the police as he is too aggressive and it's bothering you* that you've told him to STOP and he's not listening.
GOODLUCK* Be Honest and Straight up with him~ only way to get him to stop*

If a guy is bodily in touch in a lady, and thinks he has even the slightest probability of boning her, there'll continuously be an ulterior reason. it truly is in our DNA. Now, to be straightforward, no longer all adult adult males will pursue that ulterior reason, despite the indisputable fact that it truly is going to go our minds.

Well, a guy who likes you wants to be with you in a relationship, which often means he wants to sleep with you. Now, if he just wants to get off and leave, then that would be an ulterior motive.

I don't think that's always true. It sounds like this guy is not very socially adept, because he's coming on so strong. There are guys out there who are hopeless romantics even more so than some women.

There is one thing I would definately put a stop to and quick. And that is stopping him from showing up at my jobsite. It sounds like all he wants is sex. And I beleive that with any guy their ulterior motive is sex.
