It depends on the style you're going for...
-at a beach wedding I would think the creme would be nice, like the sand
-a garden wedding would look good with white because it is bright
-I'd decide for an indoor wedding by looking at where it's going to be and picking the color that best goes with the environment... you picked the place for a reason, right?
-I'd also choose based on the season - spring and summer are brighter and might go with white better whereas the creme might be a nice soft touch in the fall. Depending on how you view winter, I think they'd both be nice.
-the brighter the aqua, the less I think it would go with cream, but again, if you want bright do white
Basically, depending on the aqua, I think pairing it with creme is for a softer, more relaxing atmosphere and pairing it with white would make for a brighter, more upbeat atmosphere. Think about the "feel" you want the wedding to have. Or you can always do what I'm thinking about - using both creme and white together (they're going with a natural green), because I can't decide either!

Both would be lovely, but creme photographs better than white, which tends to blur and run together in pictures, and have a halo effect. Weddings are big photography days, and you want the pictures looking good.
Whatever you decide, find a shade of aqua which is compatible with the white, or the creme. There is always candlelight white, which has a yellow glow, and whites which have blue or green undertones.

I love aqua! And the matching combination to me would be the cream. Cream is softer and more subtle however, the white 'would' push the aqua up more. Aqua is a funny color - it's part of the blue family but it has so much 'green' in it that it can fade away with the wrong combination. My choice would be cream - but then, I'd have to add a third color - just to push the aqua forward.

Aqua and white - it's cleaner and crisper looking. I think the creme would "muddy" the aqua a little.

aqua & white
It looks crisper and more professional. Aqua & creme would look a little too soft.

aqua and creme
I don't like the BRIGHT, blinding white they use for weddings. The creme would look really pretty

if you are wearing white then do aqua and white. if you are wearing off white then do aqua and cream. if you are still deciding what colour you are wearing then do aqua and white. it will look much nicer.
