First of all, thank you for serving our country. Thank you also for some news from there.
The surge in Iraq should be combined with diplomacy with Iran and Syria according to the Iraq Study Group. You can surge all you want. Our enemies from neighboring countries will keep coming and coming until someone calls to their attention that this is not in anyone's best interest. Or are you saying we should also formally engage Syria and Iran in this war? I would really like for you to answer that in your comments because you surely can't believe we can kill them all..
I also believe that we would still be stuck in the same old rut with Rumsfeld without the Democrats pushing for change. I also believe that the Democrats are pushing things along so that Iraq realizes they HAVE to do their part and they don't have 20 years to do so.
If you really want to do some good as far as how the U.S. citizens react to this war, then admit that it takes both sides to get any action that will culminate into a good end to this war. We don't have the time or the resources, militarily or monetarily, to remain in this conflict indefinitely. That is just a fact of life whether you are Republican or Democrat.

theres hypocritisim on both sides, everyone just wants to see what they want to see and make up excuses for things they dont want to hear. You want to be a fair judge like bob, you gotta see the big picture and not just the little fragments you want to see.
on the democrats part, theres the fact that like you said before sadam hussien made mass murder and no one cared, but all of a sudden a couple of citizens and all of a sudden everyone is so sad. As well as the fact that they are riding on the "sensless dying" and "mass murder" going on in iraq, when like you said each year citys like new york city, detroit, la and philadelphia have more people dying each year then the entire death toll of the war, us soldier count anyways. where is your anger, why are you not protesting that something be done in those citys? why is no one screaming "mass murder" and these people are not getting paid and choosing to go fight a war, they are everyday citizens, being run over by cars, getting shot, stabbed and they are OUR own citizens, where is your outrage? plus all the idiots saying idiotic things, bush caused 911, bush caused katrina, bush destroyed the flood gates, impeach bush for war crimes and **** like that.
on the republicans well first of all we would not be fighting a war if we did not interfear in angry terrorist and muslims buisness. even though like 3,000 people is not a lot for a war and not counting the 911 attackers, thats still a lot of people, a lot of families and a lot of people being affected. this maybe more opinion then fact, but if you look at it, you cant really purge iraq or the middle east of terrorist, their like aids you can keep them undercontrol, but they will never go away and its expensive to go under control. bob feels the republicans want to war with too much people, we fighting terrorist everywhere and if you ask bob, iran is looking for blood.
what would bob do if bob was in charge of this situation, pull out of the iraq government and apalogize for leaving them when they requested us. Then get the nukes and missles ready for iran and after/ if iran does anything and there is a war pull out and never look back at the middle east again. Even we are doing some good there, there are a lot of angry people who want the troops home and wont shut the **** up and blame everything on bush until they are. Government for the people and by the people, right now sounds like the people wnat out.

If ya doing so well in Iraq they must ove america , tell me according to the last survey in iraq were people favourable to America or not. The majority of people want oyu out of their country because everyone can see through this pretence of democracy and know all you want is the oil and to be strategically based around the world.
Forget Iraq, a worldwide survey put Bush ahead of Bin Lade as the man most likely to create wars

I guess Freedom of Speech has been exercised here, but I have a right to an opinion. I think you are someone being paid by a republican party to talk trash about the Democrats. Nothing new there. Everybit of info you wrote wasn't anything I didn't already know. However, the part's about Peloci's and Clinton's friends...all politicians both sides have those friends in all those countries. It's not a political party thing, it's a political figure thing. I agree, it is more dangerous here back at home - that's why we need to refocus on bigger problems back home rather than sticking our nose in some other country's that is a totally different culture than ours. If we used our resources over here on our own suffering people, we may actually make some headway on our national debt - instead of heading in the wrong direction, with thanks to the Republican party. Just my two cents worth.

Even the Democrats thought Saddam was on his way to getting nukes and the international sanctions weren't doing anything to slow him down. But, yeah, we should have just hoped that his favorite food, Cheetos, would do him in. Hey, sheer dumb luck has been working pretty well for us so far with the underwear bomber, Times Square bomber, etc etc. WHAT ME WORRY? I'm surprised no has thought to put Obama on the cover of an old Mad Magazine!

The enemy is just moving out of the way of the surge. Deaths in Baghdad are down, deaths, outside Baghdad are up.
Nice comparison with the cities, last I looked those cities didn't lose 843 policemen.
Good thing they didn't hold that parade during the Parliament bombing.
Nothing special about your navy Intel...

Fact : There was no Al Quada in Iraq to begin with
Fact: We have over 50,000 who are extremely injured
Fact: The government of Iraq is Shite and support Sadr who calls for death of Americans
Fact:If we don't start doing something about Iraq AND it's government we will be there forever holding their hands
Fact:Our soldiers are tired and so are their families and stress is breaking many families apart
Fact:Our military is trained for warfare not police action.
Fact: Been reading up on UCMJ and Bush had to retract his statement about the war being over and his idea to cut off the extra pay for soldiers who are in a war because we are not to use our military for police action.
Fact: The war is illegal because we are in FACT doing police action
Fact: Do our soldiers have an enemy? If not then we are doing Police action which is illegal
Fact:Seeing the government of Iraq supports Sadr we are in turn supporting terrorists not fighting terrorists.
Fact:We have military who are living with wounds that would have killed them in other wars so we can't use the argument that we have a low death rate compared to other wars.
Fact: You're blind

If you're not going to ask a question. I've got a few?
So the war in Iraq is a Democrat conspiracy is it?
Tell me, how many of those people in the fare are still alive today?
How many have food to eat?
How many of them think their life is getting more peaceful?
How many want troops in their country?

No one has to pay me to slam libslamofacist, i do it because it makes me feel euphoric, like you idiots feel when youre high on drugs. You pathetic parasites are a cancer to the soul of this country. I never thought i would live to see the day a person alleging to be an American openly demand its demise. We need to crush the life out of youre traitorous asses before it is too late. I cant for the life of me see how one can hate this country so much, and not go to where they will be happier, ie, Iran, Syria, Venezuela, etc, etc.... The Baldwin piece of shiite, who said he would leave the country if Bush was reelected, where is the focker now? Is this country so big, he cant find his way out? I better quit now before i offend someone, (you do realize im holding back on how i really feel). A great man once said, "liberals are worthless, and i have yet to be proven wrong.

That's was a refreshing insight into how thing's realy are over there, Thank You, and God Bless you, I am aware of what you are saying and I agree 100%, but it would be nice to hear a bit more response from the Iraqi people, so they can tell us if they want us there or not, because there are so many mixed signals being sent by them, or are the protests all staged?? by al sadir??
