Is there a purpose to this question?
Christians live life by the NT - but they are human and can error just like everyone else.
Honestly I don't see how Christians can live entirely by the bible. You have the idea that humans can't fulfill the Law - then you have the parents of John the Baptist that have fulfilled the law 'blameless'. (Luke 1 - probably tossed in to show that being childless was not their fault). Not to mention the contridictory statements of Jesus - my Father is greater then I/My Father and I are one. Just to name one. To follow the entire thing - including the part where Judas dies two different deaths wouldn't be possible.
Jews live by both the Tanakh (the Christian Old Testament), the Oral Torah and also by a few select writings that have been passed down over the centuries. The Talmud is the Oral Torah written down - and is just as vital part as the Torah itself is.

Lets put It like this, I am a full blown christain and the answer I can honestly say is, "NO!" and the other thing I want to say is, "I Wish!". Thats what makes it a race... Its gonna take me a lifetime to "get it right," God isn't starting out with a perfect piece of rice here... but, Praise Jesus, for the Holy Spirit, and each new day I am given.. I watch myself grow and change into the person God wants me to be... its exciting.. there are things I used to do, that I didn't realize I did, that was not Holy, that I don't do anymore, and I am in no way accountable for the change...I just realized one day that the Holy Spirit in me changed me, God changed me, my faith in Christ changed me! How exciting that was for me! The day I was released from having to to GOOD all the time to win Gods favor, was the day I got saved... Glory hallelujia, praise God, I was trying so hard to save myself with all the good, and then I would take massive falls from giving up, I just kept going round and round and round.. one day I realized the good I do is God not me, now the fruit I bear is so much more good than I have ever done and I am not exhuasted, and almost my whole life is one big job for God... Hallelujia, I am excited this morning, thank you for your question..Praise God for such wonderful questions from some of you.

Christianity isn't a ...try this, do not do this theory device. that's a steady improve into the Lord Jesus. you truthfully grow to be element of His physique, and because i'm additionally, we are a sparkling family contributors in Christ. The Holy Spirit will lead you. you will come to work out issues. and consistent with probability not. relies upon on how plenty you are able to develop. So, please relax, play your video games, watch your movies, do video games, and likewise pray and learn relating to the bible. one ingredient even with the undeniable fact that, bear in mind the Colorado bloodbath? Wasn't James dwelling a violent video interest the place he performed the Joker? Jesus explains that it is the concepts the place all of it occurs. There are scriptures for this, yet i'm getting variety of long right here. It does harm. It transformations you or prevents you from walking interior the sunshine, and that pleases devil. attempt to be baptized in a church and pass to bible examine. in case you opt for to benefit to be some thing at school, do not you are able to desire to benefit, take tests, tips about a thank you to do it? in case you opt for to be a criminal expert or a well being practitioner...those are relatively perplexing, plenty artwork. Even somebody who must be a courtroom reporter has to benefit, bypass grades, be attentive to what they're doing. isn't Christianity extra suitable than that, yet many think of it is not any vast deal. they're incorrect, that's a techniques extra suitable than what you do for a job. so which you will desire to take a place in this, detect a suitable church. (even even with the undeniable fact that, sure you will see 'off' issues, so what?) you're there to benefit issues, be uplifted, meet some others who even have self assurance. i wish you detect a sturdy church. btw...devil needs you back, not because of the fact he loves you.

You are right, but I try, that's the best thing, I think most of the people try but is hard to do it, what about you?
Bible is the best book I've ever read, because it teaches us how to live in a better way, how to respect each other, to love each other, etc.... and maybe we don't carry out with all of the things bible says, but we try.
Best wishes.

No...I try though. I am a sinner and "fall short of the glory of God."
Christians do not claim to be perfect only to know the road to salvation. This road is a journey and learning experience. It takes time for the grace of God to work in a person...as this happens we get closer to living life according to the Bible. But it takes time and a burning desire to seek the Truth.

I judge myself by the words of my Lord. He shows me daily how and where I have fallen short. I agree with what Him and except his correction. This is JUST what the Bible tells me I should do. This is just who the Bible tells me I am.. Do I live by the words of the Bible.. My whole life is a refection of what is in the scriptures. Jim

I do my best to live my life according to the Bible's teachings. I don't always succeed which is why it is something that must be worked continuously. Thank goodness for Confession and Absolution.

If you page through the Bible, you will see many people used in the service of God.
However, you will also find that every single one of them had their own problem, short-coming, etc. Do you know why God didn't chose someone perfect to do His work?
BECAUSE THERE AREN'T ANY PERFECT PEOPLE.
Get off the pointing of fingers, will ya?
