Who would it be? And no, not "everyone" because that's too easy. You have to pick ONE. Personally, I would pray for the blackened soul that seems to be getting tormented by evil. Whoever feels the need to spread so much hatred like that really must be suffering, and we should all pray for her for the sake of Allah. I don't hate her, I don't wish her harm, and neither should other good muslims. I feel sorry for her, but at the same time I can't help but laugh at the obious idiocy that comes forth. Still, I think I might start praying. I haven't before, but reading the Quran lately is inspiring me. What one person would you pray for?

First of all, I have to say that I'm sorry, I really cannot pick one person to pray for, because there are so many people I would pray for.

Secondly, I am so sorry Susan J. I will pray for you, and I hope that God heals you. And I'm sorry, TS, for your loss. My dad had a really rare type of cancer five years ago, and he died from it. He was very young, God rest his soul.

Thirdly, I agree that I would also pray for the one that is tormented by evil and is on the wrong path in life. I would also pray for me and my family, and all my Muslim friends on Yahoo and in my life, to inshaAllah stay on the right path in life.

Allah (swt) knows best.

When i was ten years old on my birthday i was currently living at my grandparents Rich and Lo for the fall vacation from school. It just happened to be my birthday. I was sitting on the front porch of their home baby-sitting my grandma lo because her memory was not so good. Lo was watching one of those murder mystery deals on the television and thought i was the murderer.I her helpless granddaughter and best friend. She started threatening me and asking when they would be back. I told her they were at a basketball game and would be back and an hour. I tried to call my mom on cell phone but that honestly is the one time she has never awnsered. Lo had escaped to the neighbors and was frantically telling them about me being a murder. I told the neighbor about Lo's condition and luckily they believed me even with Lo screaming that i was a liar and murderer. Two weeks after lo was put in the nursing home. She is now in diapers as of yesterday and the doctors said she was running out of time. I can not even visit her because i am bot yet fourteen. Last weekend my cousin on the other side of the family committed suicide. My friends brother is dying. my friend Sammy's mom just had a stroke and Natalia has had lots of surgeries. Alyse's grandpa is old and almost left the world. my other friend's mom keeps coming home drunk so she is moving to California. As much as I try to get grandpa rich to pray and believe in God he won't budge. He has had a rough time with Lo and his best friend having a heart attack last week. It is about the time of my grandfather Orval who was a reverend for fifty years at the same church's birthday and he died two years ago right before Lo got sick. My mom has had 4 strokes and has some other problems on top of that. I am a triplet and my sister and brother say that so and so said they hate me and my dad says how does so and so even know who i am because i am not worth even knowing to hate. He says he loves me but does not always like me. I am constantly getting told i can not go somewhere or do something on Friday nights. All of my friends are Christians but rich who is at a bad point of like right now. If i could pray for one thing it would be for God to help Rich believe in God. Or i would pray for me to be able to help all of my friends in these horrible things we are facing.

God only solutions prayers that easily have intending to them. you won't be able to wish for something and imagine you receives it. in case you pray only because you want this or that, God ought to respond to it to care on your existence wether you only like the answer or no longer.

I wouldn't pray for anyone, hon. There is nothing to pray for, and nothing is listening. I have sincere hopes, and volunteer my time to those hopes, and I have known people who had some wishes that they financially could not attain, and so I, and realist others. help them attain those wishes (going back to school, for one). Gave up on the idea of sky daddies in grade three. People and people alone are responsible for themselves and there are some of us who, when we can, help .... Prayer to a supernatural being is a waste of good time......... time that could be spent, and energy used for good causes......

Actually I will pray for you today, that the love of Jesus would enter your heart and the Spirit of God would affect your discernment of His peace and grace to you.

As far as Susan, I would suggest that she find a place where people would pray for her like me and my friends have prayed for people with terminal cancer and they were healed!
