my score in iit jee is 93 in chemistry 61 in maths 64 in physics what is my rank?

If they are actual scores, its probablye not bewlo 4000.

Assuming that you have given ranks in those subjects....

The scores are additive, but "ranks" can not and would be additive. Hence, you cannt take kind of average or any thing like that. Yes, you can have upper and lower bound of your jee rank. Your rank would be in between 61 and 93!!
