Oh, yikes. My only advice is to be totally honest when testifying. You probably got pulled in either because the CPA did something fraudulent on your return or tried to. If he/she did, then you're responsible for any additional tax you would have owed, plus interest and possibly penalties. And if you knew about it, you could end up in serious trouble right along with them.

Do you have an attorney for this? If not, I'd get one, someone who specializes in taxes.
