not always... sometimes I just care as a friend, but sometimes I say that I care when I really mean I love you because I'm too afraid to admit that I love him... probably out of fear of it not being reciprocated and me feeling like a fool as a result.

No. If I say I care, It means I care. Love and care are not the same. Love is different. I say what I mean. I don't like the games and guesses that some people say. I know that people cannot read peoples minds and therefore, I say what I mean. Love is a deeper feeling than careing for me.

Not really, I love you is I love you.....I feel when you tell someone I care about you, you are

them that you have feelings for them, but they are just not that strong yet! Even a lot of times after you break up with someone, you may not still love them...but most of the time you will always still CARE about them!

Ahh this is a great question. The meanings of phrases between men and women.
I think when a man says he cares..............he is avoiding saying that he loves you.......or is afraid to.
When a woman says she cares............she wants you to know that she really cares a lot for you and would like the relationship to go further.

No, telling someone you care about them is not like saying "I Love You." Everyone says "I Love You" as much as they say "good morning." I Love You requires deep feelings for someone ....

Yes. That's what they translate it to mean. I care about a lot of guys but I don't want to get romantic with them. Unfortunately I've learned that they think differently.

caring might be part of love but they're two different things. example: i care about my friends, but im not in love with them. they intertwine but are definately not the same thing. if i care about someone i will tell them "i care about you", if i love someone then id say "i love you". so ya theyre def. different.
