Call the cops. Tell the manager. He can be evicted the same day....there is no 30 days notice when they is something illegal going on such as used and/or sell of drugs. And if the manager is aware of the situation and has done nothing to better it. then you can move and sue the apartment complex owner for the rent of the month for unliveable enviroment.

I would not approach them directly because they'll be stoned anyway and you just don't know what kind of a reaction you will get out of them. I'd phone the police first and let them know, then talk to the Real Estate or Landlord first thing the next day to complain about the problem and see if they can't be evicted promptly.

If not for the baby no problem. Talk to them if they are decent people. If not, tell the landlord or management. If this doesn't work THEN it's time for the cops.

I would leave an anonymous note in their mailbox or under their door. If that doesn't solve the problem, call the cops. I would not speak directly to them as I would fear retaliation if I got no cooperation from them and was forced to go to the landlord or police.

talk to the landlord and tell them what you suspect and watch how fast the landlord puts him or her out . mY neighbor was doing that and I told the landlord what I suspected she called the neighbor a nusiance and had him evicted and he was also late on his rent all the time and when she found out he was smoking this she figured he was spending all his money on the weed and not on rent .

Hi well MARIJUANA is ILLEGAL so if you cover that you will get in more TROUBLE so the best thing you can do is talk to the supervisor of the apartments and if that does not work then you either have to DEMAND him or just move out of there. Do it for your BABY.

that must be awful for you, you really should try to talk to your neighbor, they may be OK about it, best to try and talk before ringing the cops coz you don't want to make things worse than necessary, they may feel upset that you didn't talk to them first, if you have no joy, then ask a friend to have a word, then call the police. good luck.

Call the cops; let them do the rest. No reason you should have to worry about a contact high for your baby!

Your baby may have a sudden urge to raid the fridge but other than that I do not know.
