Does anyone know where I would be able to find my new townships earned income tax forms?

I moved during the 2006 year to another township and received my old local form and havent gotten a new one..

Is there usually some places that keep them on hand????

Go to google . I think you can use 1040ez form. Possibly you can try using online e-filing thru my1040ez.com all the best

The best approach would be to call the old township # and ask for the new contact information. Sometimes, the locals have the forms online that you can download and fill out, so try doing a search on the web.

Somewhere there's a tax collector for these, and that's where you'd get the forms. Your local municipal building would be a good place to start - they'd either have them, or should be able to tell you who to contact. If you're in a city that has a website, the forms are probably available there.

If you happen to be in PA, it comes in two parts, local and school district, although much of the time they use the same tax collector and often you file just one form for both.
