My kids hate just having to hold still that long. There are a couple signs that they are ready for potty training.
1. Has words for things (pee pee, poopy, potty, ect.)
2. Shows interest in using the potty
3. Has some blatter control
I know there are more signs, but I can't think of them all. Look up potty training on a parenting site or even a diaper/pull-ups brand website.

Two year olds just don't like to be still. You will know when she might be ready to potty train when her diapers are dry more often...that means she has bladder control. She is the right age for you to atleast try potty training!

she's just mad because she has to sit still for a few seconds. i went through this with my daughter, i thought she was ready to potty train, but she wasnt. so, to keep the diaper changes from being a struggle, i would get her diaper and wipes, and say "ok, now its time for a butt change!" she eventually got the hang of it, and now when she see's me reach for a diaper, she automatically lies down on the floor so i can change her...now thats when its time to start potty training!

Distraction is needed.
One of the best things I did was above the changing table, I hung some flashing Christmas lights. When I put my child down to change him and he was futz y, I would switch them on and my son would just lay there and watch all the flashing lights.
Don't let them watch too much or it won't work - that is if they are not crying, don't use it - but it got me through some of the diaper changing without much problem.

With a two-year-old, it could just mean that she doesn't like being detained for a few minutes to have her diaper changed -- she wants to get up and DO stuff! :)

Not nessciarly. She is probably mad because you are taking her away from what ever she may be doing. She has her own little mind and doesn't like someone else to interrupt her.

would not hurt to introduce her to the potty, don't expect innocent results, but she'll get the hang of it.
