Any abuse against children.
Anyone who believes that there is no sin or evil in this world after witnessing some of the horrors committed against children, has, in my opinion, a black empty hole in their heart.

Matthew 12:31, Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.
Yeah, I'd be careful about that one.
Although the smallest sin that keeps you out of Heaven would also fall in the biggest sin category, wouldn't it?

Rejecting the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. This is the only sin which God cannot forgive. "For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him. There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son...And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn’t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God’s angry judgment" (John 3:16-18 & 36).
Are you still guilty of commiting the sin of rejecting God's mercy as displayed in His Son's death for you? If so, why not open your heart to Christ as Savior and Lord today. You will be forgiven, given a brand new start, and assured a place in Heaven!

According to the Bible, all sins are equal. If you break one, you broke them all (James 2:10)
But Jesus said loving your neighbor was the most important, so I'd imagine, NOT loving your neighbor would be the worst.
Personally, I think killing is a pretty bad one.

I'm not so sure about the concept of sin but killing someone helpless would be a big mistake.
