There is nothing to prove that God Created us or anything. On the contrary, there is enough to argue that human mind in it's quest to find answers to many intriguing aspects of life created the concept of a superior power, which got accepted as something like GOD or it's equivalent belief in various societies and cultures.

He is the I am. He was never created by any but He created all things. He does not have a beginning neither does He have an ending and if He does not have a beginning, there is therefore nothing like; who created Him?

The very definition of God is the One who Is - never came into being, is in fact the essence of Being.
Everything had a beginning except that Who always Is - and that's God

Nobody can answer this.
Creationist logic dictates that nothing can come into being by chance... everything has to be created.
Which leads us back to your question.

God, meaning the Christian God, came into being by way of spontanious multidimensional temporal dwelling.
That is to say that God has always existed, does exist, and always will exist.
He is the Alpha and the Omega.
