to help fight the war against terrorism?
Lt. Col. Khan was the first of six Americans to set foot in Afghanistan, when the War On Terror started right after September 11 2001. Incidentally, of the first six Americans, three were American Muslims and without their language skills, know-how and bravery, our soldiers and marines would have had a tough time beginning their fight against Al-Quaida and the Taliban forces. In all, fifty percent of the first contingent into Afghanistan was American Muslim soldiers. Lt. Col. Khan’s contributions, along with his other American Muslim soldiers, is an excellent example of where Islam stands within the War On Terror and we are proud of their heroics, both as Americans and Muslims.

Theyre doing what they know is right. I cant say anything because being a citizen of a country means trying to protect their interests to the best of your ability.
Even if the war is an illegal one, that involves going into other peoples lands uninvited.
In these uncertain times, no one can tell whats right or wrong anymore.
I mean would you be happy if the Chinese had to come into the US to clean out what they called terrorism?
Any common sense person would know, the Americans werent invited into Afghanistan by Afghanis. Neither were they invited into Iraq by the people of Iraq. This makes them intruders. Religion or no religion.

I agree, the author of this letter concerns me. It merely instigates greater bigotry and factors the finger at an entire human beings as a replace of the few who hijacked the planes that day. i'm beneficial individuals problem Muslims what with the deaths of 1000's brought about by ability of American sanctions over the years. merely plenty yammering to rabble rouse the ignorant plenty with sickening erroneous patriotism.

Countries army's should not enlist based on religion. When you join up you serve your country whatever your beliefs. The fact that this guy is a Muslim is irrelevant. The Muslim faith is so mixed up that even Muslims fight each other as Christians have done for centuries. I agree that the 'War on Terror' should continue. There is no basis for political change in indiscriminate killing.

YES AS LONG AS THEY DONT TAKE SIDES IN THE MUSLIM VERSES MUSLIM WARS AND WORSHIP THE TRUE GOD-NOT LEADERS AS SOME CLAIM=they do not worship their leaders they worship in the mosques that havent been destroyed by fellow Muslims-yet Jesus accepted worship in the Bible and was predicted to be God with us-further proofs the Bible wasnt tampered with as found in the Gospels and Isaiah chapters 7:14 to be God with us, 9:6 "Unto us a child is to be born a son given, and he will be almighty God and the prince of peace." and many more but these prove it and were not removed proving as most of my Jewish people reject what they teach yet had to leave it in our Jewish scriptures.
ABOUT THE MOSQUES= AND SALVATION IN JESUS TOO -BUT THE MOSLEMS IN LIGHT ONLY WORSHIP JESUS AS HE ASKS US TO DO -THE TRUE GOD!
Why not site the Golden Mosque Feb 11 2006 the Sunni insurgents ripped a hole in this Shiite mosque-the two main factions of Muslims-in return the Shiites who had there 10th and 11th imams in the line of direct descendants of the prophet Muhammad (who married a 9 year old little girl which many try to justify), both were killed. and then they had bloody revenge dozens of Sunni mosques were burned and Sunni imams were dragged out into the street and killed. New York times front page Feb 13 2007 on the one year anniversary
the answer is still in Jesus salvation and the power of true love -worked for me= the answer is Jesus to both is the love and changing power of Jesus=Romans 1 out of unthankfulness worshiping the created rather than the creator-which can even be ones own self . Many muslims and others have come to know the saving grace of Jesus.
I along with millions who know him personally as Messiah savior and best friend I say there is a better way
but anyways have a nice day-and my Jewish people taught me to reject Jesus words but say he was a good man and the new testament. John 3 I did as Jesus said repented and got born again, to let Jesus into my heart to be my best friend as he asks us to do=Revelation 3:19&20 I love you and knock on your heart door to come in, deliver from sin and be your friend.
I found out the truth when I believed the prophecies of the coming of Messiah "He will be exalted but first marred more than any man, be despised and rejected and lay down his life to make atonement for our sins. All we like sheep have gone astray and the Lord will make to light on him the iniquity of us all. He will die with the wicked and be burried with the rich. He well see his spiritual seed and prosper. Isaiah 52:13-53:12
works for me =I prayed "Jesus I am sorry for my sins, come into my heart and help me, be my friend, amen." praying the best for you too
yes Jesus is real but you gotta recieve "He that rejects my words the same shall be judged by them in the last day." John 12:48 the words of Jesus.; when you wake up in heaven or hell weeping forever and decide its time to believe -it will be too late. And even if you could then-you would have missed a life of joy in the creator with Jesus your best friend in salvation.
Muslims DO NOT WORSHIP OR KILL FELLOW MUSLIMS FOR LEADERS-be a true muslim and believe the prophet Jesus worked for me!
