Definately women. Indian women mainly stay and cook at home.Though they have now started taking up jobs they do the job as well as home chores. Compared to men women are more intrested in cooking and other house work.Mostly when 2 or more women meet they discuss about various recipies. so women cook better food than men.

Completely impossible question to answer! This is not a gender issue. Generally women cook more, because it is accepted culturally. Men tend though, to be more likely to be chefs. This could be because women don't really want to cook all day for work and then have to come home and also do it....not because they aren't good at it.
