There are some reasons to Romance in the Summer.
You won't freeze your touchis off.
But in the summer there are insects.
In the winter you can cuddle under blankets.
You can warm each other.
I think that winter is better.

I like Winter because you can bundle up by the fireplace, go skiing and stay at bed and breakfasts, snuggle up on warm nights with the gas fireplace on and drink hot chocolate together, bundle up and make snowmen, etc. Of course, I live in a cold place, so I'm used to it.

Yes, summer is warmer. People are more relaxed and sociable at this time. People are more likely to be out and about doingt hings (barbecues, shopping, going for walks etc) and so you are more likely to meet them.
