Contact the Yorkshire Terrier Club - details at the bottom of this page:

Chances are it won't be particularly cheap though, Yorkies are in great demand.

There will be a Yorkshire Terrier Club, probably one in London. The Kennel Club will be able to give you the details as all breed clubs are registered with them. Get the details, contact the club and ask for the details of the person in charge of rescue, they will be able to tell you if there are any dogs waiting for rehoming, there probably will be. They will want to do a 'home check' to see if you are suitable, this may seem a bit much but it is the dogs welfare they are looking at and not your feelings so don't be offended.
Good luck

I have a male yorkshire terrier who is quite old, yet friendly. Depending on the age of your pet I'd be willing to take him, if he is very young he might not get on well with my pet!

Try your local RSPCA or pound. Dogs don't come cheap though, they will cost you a lot of money over their lifetime and I mean A LOT. Food, equipment, vet bills ... you will need plenty of spare cash to keep any animal, so please consider this before committing to a dog.
