This questions begs an answer, because you do not seem to understand the difference between "or" and "and." How can you understand anything about God?
God knows he exists, knows that he is God, and knows the pain you go through daily, not having a relationship with him. Your contempt for God is obviously intended to provoke those who know God.
It won't work. Those who know God are praying for you right now. As for God, he cannot be tempted.

God would beleive in the existence of God.
Stop trying to define and limit God by arguments that are circular and can never go anywhere. Is this all you have to do with your time - trying to fit God into your world view? Is that the only way you can live without God - if He conforms to your life outlook?

You wrote "the absence of belief in the existence of God".Obviously God doesn't deny that He exists-that would make Him a fruitcake.

but he believes in humanity, and if God is in us all as the Bible tells us he does in some way believe in a God. Athiesm and religion however, are man made belief structures. Man's law only applies to heaven not God himself

The key word here is 'other'. He doesn't believe or He knows that no other gods exist. That isn't an indication that He doubts in Himself. He knows He is God.

the creator is not created and god is the lord of his creation, and if he was created or guided by someone then he is a creature not god ,so how comes that he is god and he believes in other gods ,at the same time?
these "other gods" are mans' imaginations.there is only one god.

He doesn't beleive in himself. Man that's gotta be hard to cope with, I mean how do you get God to believe in himself? He's already created everything, so how do you bolster his spirits? Better ship him a doobie!
