I have seven cats and I've always been curious on why they turn their tails into the shape of question marks when they see you.

Because they're thinking to themselves: Hmmm...I wonder if she's got cat allergies? I'll bet I can make her sneeze if I sidle up to her and rub myself against her ankles til she trips over me!

I'm certain they have it out for me! (ahhh-CHOO!!)

My cat does this also and it's very cute but strange. This is only a guess but perhaps it's because cat's don't wag their tails like dogs do. The wagging of the tail is the dogs way of expressing happiness or excitement. I'd like to think that when my cat does the question mark thing with her tail she is saying the same thing. Like yours she only does it when he firsts see me. Even if my answer is incorrect isn't it a nice thought anyway?

If his tail strikes its ok The tail has bones in it if one is broken it would lose mobility on the top yet while the cat is moving its tail then its ok My cat sits on hers i discover her gazing the birds along with her front paws retaining her tails nonetheless then theres the chase the tail days and the swishing the floor with the tail the tail is a manner of gazing what temper the cat is in besides whther its bored or offended or aggravated or playful its very informative :O)
