Is it recommended for someone in their late 30s? Do you know of the pros and cons? Does it really slow down the aging process? Please, no hype about growing old naturally. No recommendations for diet & exercise either.

You need to look at actual clinical trials. There's a lot of "snake oil salesmen" on the internet. This drug will not help you stop the aging process. Human growth hormone is for individuals with a deficiency. It will help bone growth in those with short stature. Using it for a non-FDA approved indication is dangerous. I gave you a website to read for more information.

It is only recommended (and legal) to take if you have HGH deficiency. Taking it for anything else will cause longterm irreversable adverse health problems. HGH is a natural hormone produced by your pituitary gland. Like any other hormone, having levels too high can cause health problems. I take it myself for HGH deficiency and for a short time my levels got too high... the all over body pain was horrible and I would not recommend anyone doing this to themselves.

It makes people young. Selected people can take it for brief periods strictly under medical supervision.
