I colored my hair to much over the past year and a half and now my hair has become very unhealthy compared to what it used to be. My hair used to have a lot of body and a little wave, but now it's sort of flat. Is there certain products or something I can use to help get the coloring out and make my hair healthy again. I understand it will take time and it's not an overnight thing, but I really want to get my hair back to what it used to be.

The fact that you coloured it darker instead of bleached it is a plus, make sure you use a treatment once a week on your hair, if you want to keep your hair a long length layering will help remove the dead ends of your hair wilst still keeping your length or you could try a shorter style and get it cut every 6 weeks to premote stronger growth. Best advice is NOT TO DYE IT AGAIN until your hair has been cut,and all the previous colour has gone, re dying over hair will weaken it and split the hair and give odd colour results.

You've already bleached it 3 times so i'm sure you can not get it healthful super fast. My sister bleached her hair as soon as and it took a whilst for it to get healthy once more. I might advocate that you let your average hair grow out and stay away from bleaching it for a whilst. There are nutrition known as Biotin which helps hair come to be more desirable and more healthy. Whenever you hair is more healthy then go ahead and change the color, but it is not going to magically turn out to be healthy overnight and won't keep healthy if you're always bleaching it.

You have already bleached it 3 instances so I'm certain you cannot get it healthful first rate quick. My sister bleached her hair as soon as and it took a whilst for it to get healthful once more. I might advise that you just permit your traditional hair develop out and steer clear of bleaching it for a whilst. There are nutrients known as Biotin which is helping hair end up more potent and fitter. Once you hair is more healthy then cross forward and difference the colour, however it's not going to magically end up healthful in a single day and won't keep healthful if you're continuously bleaching it.

This is crazy, but guaranteed to work better than most anything else. Wear your hair back to make the procedure less noticable if you do this. Let your hair go without washing long enough it feels greasy to the touch and then four days more. Then was it with dish soap. If it isn't greasy enough you'll do more damage. The dish soap attacks dirt and oil like crazy so it does wonders for your hair, plus letting hair soak in it's own oils is healthier than anything you can put in it. wash the rest of you like normal though, there's no need to smell.

Coloring your hair was the first mistake, colored hair is extra weak and extra dry, while you still have colored hair you should buy shampoo and conditioners that are made for colored hair. While using conditioner, massage into scalp and cover every hair follicle, make sure it covers all your hair and leave in for 5 mins then wash off.
Wait til your colored hair grows off then change to moisturising, balancing healthy hair shampoo.

Is it bleached out? Some more detail would be nice. Cut the dead ends off and give yourself a deep conditioning treatment. Stop dying it and let your natural hair grow back in. I'd see a professional and get their opinion.
