its different for everyone. here is the #1 way to figure it out. next time you're off school, or this summer sleep late 2-3 days in a row (that way you arent over tired) the next day do not set any alarms or anything and make sure you will be able to sleep. goto sleep at like 9:30 or 10:00 and sleep until ou wake up refreshed. look at the clock and that is about how much sleep you need on average. but remember this, getting a couple hours short of sleep every night a week will feel like u hav been awake for 24 hours straight by the end of the week
