My biology teacher told me that you cannot build new muscle mass after age 35. I believed him until I met a man that was huge and he didn't start working out til he was 45.
So the answer is, yes you can and it's not too late.

It is not like life ends suddenly after you leave your twenties. If you are dedicated (as body building requires the correct food as well exercise) then go for it.

it is never too late to start bodybuilding, but you can start from light weight to heavy weight. It is recommended to start from the age of 21.

No, my dad started after he was 40 (just to lose weight) and it worked. Obviously not exactly as it would've if he was 20 years younger, but it's not impossible!
