I'm not sure if you were trying to be funny or if you have really low self esteem. 149 lbs is not morbidly obese. Either you are trying to mock those who seriously suffer from this (which is probably why you got such mocking answers in reply) and need to be taught some manners OR you have extremely low self-esteem and you need to seek help to get over your warped perception of the world. Seriously. The complete inability to see yourself as remotely close to your actual size is the sign of a disorder that could lead to fatal conclusions.

Now yes 149 is a bit overweight for your height so you should set a reasonable goal to lose some weight. 20lbs/ 9 kilos would be the most you would want to try to lose. Wishing will not do anything about it. Set limits for yourself. No more than 1 hr on the computer (not work related). No more than 2 hours on the tv.

-Suggestions.
1-measure out proper portion control
2- stop drinking soda (and if you drink, stop drinking alcohol)
3- stop eatting desserts
4- give up all fast food
5- make sure your meals are balanced and that you are getting the veggies you need each day

You need to be increasing your cardio and doing close to 1 hr a day of jumping jacks, jump rope, a stair climber, biking, jogging..whatever--just to keep the heart active.

But with your perspective on the world, I would say it will be nearly impossible for you to do this without help. If you truly think you are morbidly obese, you should not try any weight loss technique until you have spoken with a psychiatrist.

IF you thought you'd be funny by calling yourself "morbidly obese" just in order for people to give you reassurance, without concern for the people you would be mocking who suffer from being morbidly obese...then I think you should seek help as well. Someone to help you mature into adulthood.

As I said--it is impossible to tell from what you wrote...but deal with the mental (the emotional, the psychological) before dealing with the physical of a minor lil 5-9 kilos.

Hi--the first step to losing weight is simply wanting to do it--then setting out to do it. It is a simple task--go to a doctor for a check up--then get him or her to give you a diet plan--then stick to it--don't use food as a friend or for comfort. it is just as easy to eat good as it is to eat bad--remember that--and no stopping because you don't see it working as fast as you want it to. It will work--just relax and stop looking in the mirror. Stop thinking about it--just live and enjoy life with a better diet and soon you will have more energy and the pounds will fall off--then you can happily shop for new clothes and maybe get to execising---but exercise with a professional trainer who will start you off gradually and will help you all the way. It takes a little money but it is worth it.....hey, good luck to you.

Both are approximately similarly dangerous, and considering the fact that I've had the revel in of courting a large woman, I could as an alternative be with an anorexic. Of direction, that is best when you consider that I cannot say both approach of any revel in with an anorexic. I might check out it and discover out I do not dig on enamel selections both.
