Some think of it as a decoration worn by Christians.

The cross to me was our victory over sin and the devil. We were crucified along with Jesus that day, and the whole world was effected by it.

A victory over sin ?

How so ?

Did sin end ? Was it abolished are you now incapable of sin ?

In what way was it beaten ?

Were you saved from death ? Does that mean you won't die ?

You will die ...... !

You do/will sin ..........how was sin beaten by the cross ?

so do u mean spiritually? I see it as the only path that had to be taken for us to go to heaven. I see it as Christ getting us off of it, and him goin up instead. but physically, i see it as a usual cross shape. I also see a part of passion of christ when he is bein crucified. i couldn't watch much of that. i just turned at that part. i couldn't bare to see him beaten. although I know it was a movie made by people. but it looked so realistic.

The Cross is where God demonstrated His love for us.
It was His love for us that held Jesus on that Cross, and endured the suffering.

You're right, it is our Victory, because He died our death, Jesus took our place.

And just as He is risen, we are made alive in Him.

If your answer to a given problem is wrong, the teacher will give a cross to mean it's wrong.

Therefore a cross means wrong.

To me its a reminder of his unconditional love, and how much i dont deserve it. Its not complex in anyway, but it still amazes me that He could love me enough to pay the price for my sins. I mean, its so impossible, but its a love so real and vibrant that i actually pity the people who think that God is an imaginary being.

A terrible way to kill people... but effective. Roses tend to bloom on bloody crosses.

A pagan symbol. Do some research.
