Is this a decent and reliable car? What do yo think?

for the money and what you get - excelent choice. there is a reason troopers are driving them. very reliable vehicle.

They are Extremely good car! because if you drives it, people on the road would think you are undercover cops.
Reliability? you are kidding me, they are like one of the worse built car from ford. Whats good about them is they are tough when it comes to crash rating, and comfortable seating since they are heavy.
Bad part is, for the performance it has, the Fuel economy suck so bad... V8 engine? and it is a rear wheel drive, it suck in snow. RWD vehicle are preferable for track use sport car, not such a big heavy sedan.

generally they are EXTREMELY good cars but you failed to give us any specifics about the one you are looking at /

They are great if you like sailing...because they are land yachts.
