Please do a search on Yahoo for muslims condemn terror and see what comes up. Yahoo is allowing people to rant, bash, and insult repeatedly but is not allowing muslims to defend themselves, no surprise, so I can't post the link. Yahoo seems to be in favor of not allowing muslims to speak out, therefore enforcing the idea that we don't speak out. Kinda funny, since that link has never once been even mentioned in the news.

Finally, they let a question post. Ok, here's the link.

Oh, look at that, no big surprise, people who claim to be christians going against Jesus saw example of love. Gee, why am I not surprised?

That last "add details" was about the first two posters. So much hatred, and claiming to be what they do not act like. I am happy to know people like Susan J who are great examples of how a Christian should act.

Keep trying. The more people are talking with each other , the more we will learn from each other.

Well, I do not know the answer you are looking for. I am sorry that you are feeling this way and would like to assure you that not all people feel this way towards Muslims. I myself am very aware that there are many Muslims that do indeed condemn terror. I am a Christian, and although out beliefs may not be the same, I feel you deserve the same amount of respect as my religion. I am also disgusted by the first few posts I have read so far, so I do understand your frustration with this situation. I really have no good answer, but just wanted to let you know there is at least one person here willing to give you the respect deserved to all.

What do you mean you cant defend yourself? Last time I checked nobody asked what religion I belonged too when i signed in and found myself here.

What does the link have to do with the news at all? There are millions of web sites about different subjects and topics, many of those won't make the news BUT they are known by other people and restricted. I don't understand your point on this.

If muslims want to speak out, why aren't they just typing? I don't understand? Can you not sign in because you are muslim or something? You'll have to be more specific so we can understand just what the problem is.

Muslims aren't the only people who get bashed and insulted, I'm insulted every day by at least a dozen people, usually more. This is not a muslim only problem my friend. Many young people are growing up without learning how to pay proper respect to people who think and believe differently then they do. They think that just because I'm christian I dont have people walk up and trying to convert me. Wrong. I get different denominations trying to change my mind all the time, even more than usual. I get more people trying to convert me now then I did when I was an unbeliever! It's nothing personal, relize that.

Muslims can, do, and ARE defnding themselves all the time. I suggest you look a bit longer into the Religion/Spirituality section here before you make your claim. If one group of people is discriminated against more than anyone, it's Christians. Certainly Muslims get their fair share of bashing too, but it hardly matters since it usually involved incredibly stupid questions like "Do Muslim children all go to school with bombs strapped to their heads?" or something lame like that. Muslim terrorists are like Catholic pedophiles; just because a small handful exist, people immediately assume that EVERYONE in that group is just as bad and condemn them for it.

7Proud: Remember; all that post on here are not necessarily "Christian". There are lots of trouble-makers, who post in the YA's Religion & Spirituality Site. Realize, that ANY type of belief in God [Allah] will bring bad results from non-believers. Just look at the questions presented by some of the people and you can tell that there are lots of immature thinkers, who post on here.

As an atheist, I'm not pro-Islam. But I am in favour of people being correctly understood, and the vast majority of Islamic people are against the activities of terrorists, including those who see themselves as Islamic.
The voice of that majority needs to be heard clearly, in the West and in the East.

A link to another of your appeals, which got good support:

Oh not true. Just because Muslims are a cult does not meant they cant make posts. Ive seen plenty of rude insults posted by Muslims. So please don't play the pity party in here.
