seriously if you want the best results just do 3 good workouts a week. Not too sure about diet pills but i wouldn't want to rely on pills to get me into shape.

The best diet pill that is available is phydermine. you have to go to your dr and get a script for it. or you can order it online. The only thing that has worked for me. You literally have to force yourself to eat and you have tons of energy!!!!!!!!

I am not a great fan of diet pills but I have had good reports of Hydroxycut. It helps you suppress your appetite, boost your enery and burn calories.

You can read more about it on this independent website. I hope this helps you.

Good luck!

Don't take diet pills. There isn't 1 pill on the market that is FDA approved. All it does is mess your metabolism up..

I really liked Hoodia.

Have you tried Dexatrim or Green Tea pills? I would try those as well.
