THE: Have you considered that, perhaps, you are not "doing wrong" ? Have you even, considered, that maybe you are attempting to coerce God to do only what YOU want and not what He has in mind for you - unwittingly ? Try to establish a relationship with God instead of a "performance" based approach to your relationship. - A let go and let God approach. Remember; faith is one of the spiritual gifts of the Holy Spirit supplied to you, for the purpose of enhancing your relationship with the Father. God cares for you - very much and still loves you whether you feel that you deserve it or not.
God's love for us is unconditional (no strings attached) and is unchanged. Just ask Him for direction and His help to have you attain to it - be patient with your self !

Well, first of all, you should always try to stay around good people with a strong faith, not dominating faith, but a strong faith. That will help you to stay strong and not be tempted by what others may be doing around you. Everyone always follows the crowd that they are in to some point.
Second, the bible says that gifts are without pentances, which basically means that God will do and give what he please regardless of what you do and don't do. Perfectly horribly people get blessings and honest goodly men may not, it is not according to what you do nessacerily. Another thought is that most times our prayers get answered, just not in our timing, or even in our way. Sometimes our prayers are not what is best for us and God simply doesn't answer them. Plus, what kind of blessings are you looking for? Alot of times they happen all around you, but they are so subtle that you may take them forgranted, Think about it, have there been times where you have lost something and looked but could not find it, but once you asked God it was there in the next 5 minutes? What about a bad situation, car getting stuck, praying and somehow or another you are on your way again? Alot of times we chalk that kind of stuff up to our own selves an our hardwork. Look carefully and maybe you will start to see a coralation between what you do, asking God for help and then how everything then comes together when it wouldn't before. Maybe then you will start to see all the blessings that you are recieving.

The Word of God tells us that we first must believe that He is God. Where does your faith lie, does it lie in man or in God. Also in the book of James we are told that when we pray if we doubt we cancel the prayer. If you are praying 24/7 then just believe that God will answer your prayers. He does things in his time as the scripture tells us that his time is not our time. In God's time all things work for the good of those who are in Christ Jesus. Let go and let God. "If you're going to worry, don't pray. If you pray don't worry." God is faithful and just to forgive us of all unrighteousness and then he cleans us up. Believe that he is and wait on the Lord and be of good courage, again I say wait. Look these scriptures up and see if I've led you wrong. Don't forget that God is not on our timetable. Be encouraged that he is not a man that he would lie. All the promises of God are yea and amen.

Maybe you should start trying to thank God for all the things He has currently given you and be more appreciative of His blessings He has given you first. Have you ever taken time in your prayers to thank Him? Have you ever taken time to praise His name in prayer?

If you truly want your faith strengthened pray to God that He may give you the faith to believe and start reading and meditating on the scriptures.

Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

I would keep praying and reading your Bible, above all have patience. With patience comes good things! It may not seem like God is answering your prayers, but remember that "God causes ALL things to work together for those who love Him" - Romans 8:28. Although you may think they are not being answered, especially for physical things, you can be assured they are being answered with a spiritual blessings, Job found himself in a similar situation.

I've recently learned that there are 3 keys to keeping your faith strong.

1) Is to build up righteousness. That is not self-righteousness, but God's holy righteousness. Righteousness is to live a life that is holy. That means, examining your heart and making sure that you have confessed any sin in your life to God and asked forgiveness.
2) Then replace that sin in your heart with a commitment to God.
3) Make sure you are studying the Bible and praying each day. A good place to read would be the Book of Hebrews. As you read and pray and meditate on the Bible, your faith will grow as well as your relationship with God.

are you "lined up with God" when you pray? I don't know you or your heart, that's between you and God but sometimes people think they walk a straight line because they obey the laws while driving and that may not be you at all when you say you walk a straight line, so I don't mean to belittle you at all, just making a statement. When you pray it depends on if its for such as something you need or just want? God will bless you (even if its for the "desires of your heart" he wants to do that) if your "lined up together" (saved-clean heart-reasonable prayer not something like make me rich as opposed to please meet my needs) AND you need to remember its by his timetable not yours.

i've got self assurance a key to keeping a good faith is to be attentive to God. He will become like a chum you get excitement from and have faith. isn't it genuine that when you relatively have faith some one, and somebody says that your relied on buddy is doing some thing against you, you do not have self assurance that guy or woman? in case you be attentive to your relied on buddy nicely adequate, it is likewise possible to establish why he does issues with out even having to ask him. for example, in activities, each and every so often gamers do issues that to their teammates might look loopy, yet a team it is truthfully united won't artwork against it, as a replace they might determine what their participant is attempting to end, and help. They be attentive to that if the participant is appearing unusual it is probable that he's taking earnings of a weak spot of the opposing team, and may help their participant. while God is genuine to you, and additionally you relatively start to appreciate -- as i be attentive to you have -- his love and how he thinks and why he acts, faith comes clearly. for example, for some years I worried: "eternal existence is a very relatively long volume of time! What if i lose interest? What if i don't love it, and then i'm caught perpetually? that is terrible!" besides the undeniable fact that, as I have been given to be attentive to God extra i found out that he continually replaced into, is and could continually be in existence and has been around an eternity already! yet interior the bible it says that God will "have a superb time in his works" perpetually (Psalm 104:31 KJV) additionally, it says that he's "the blessed God" in a million timothy a million:11. besides the undeniable fact that some pupils have stated that a extra precise rendering of the unique greek may well be that he's "the happy God". subsequently if God who has already lived an eternity is happy, it shows that we are able to be happy for eternity additionally. And understanding how plenty he loves us, all of us be attentive to that he would not pass away us to be unhappy for eternity. subsequently, attending to be attentive to God keeps our faith good and facilitates us understand why he acts and does issues the way that he does them. -TC
