find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

"You should combine a low-fat diet with moderate exercise in order to achieve weight loss." The obvious answer that most people will give you. I personally wouldn't jump right in to taking anything such as pills or powders.

Eat healthy, exercise, sleep at least 8 hours (this is the one that gets me because I have a 4 month old). As far as what to take, diet pills do not work, they are NOT FDA approved, take a multi vitamin. I commited to do this myself 3 weeks ago and have lost 7 pounds, you just have to stick to it. Good luck!

You really don't unless your ego mind has enough positive role to gain lean and exercise every day except rest two days a week. You really gotta push the limit to really see yourself the real lean on the outside. Inside and the outside is both important to have. One day at a time...OK.

exercise, and diet... that is the only way...
chasing the kids is a start, i know i have a 2yr old... but you have to go out of your way to do more... start by doing the little things... stand instead of sitting down... don't use your t.v. remote to change the channels, get up and change it... drink lots of water, no soda or beer...
just some ideas...
