find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Yes but not morbidly obese. It depends upon your bone structure & muscle to fat ratio. At 5'4" your blouses should be medium & pants a size 10-12.
Yes, you can lose weight. You need to become more active as the more muscle you have the better your body burns fat. If you have good muscle tone & firmness you'll look good no matter what your weight as muscle weighs more than fat. That's why you go by how your clothing feels on, how you look naked in the mirror & not the weight on the scales.

You can loose weight by controlling the amount of acidic food you eat. Even the tap water you drink can be acidic due to the chlorine in it. Eat alkaline food and you will find yourself skinny again.

Forget about trying to diet.
The best way to lose weight is long walks or other low-impact cardiovascular exercise. The first 30 minutes of cardio only burn the sugar in your bloodstream; it's the exercise you do afterwards that burns fat. So it would be better to exercise for 1.5 hours every third day than half an hour every day.

Im 5'11", and wieghed that before I had my kid(it didnt look skinny with me being at my height) so yea thats kind of a little too much for your height. If your into loosing weight try walking a lot, or maybe even playing dance dance revolution, it burns a lot of calories playing that, and its so much fun that you dont even think of it as exercise. Dieting is a pain in the butt, and only makes you want to eat more because your stressin about how much you have to allow yourself to eat, and make sure you dont go over your limit. The best way is to just do a lot of cardio type of exercises yoga/pilates, DDR(which is more a game, but is used for exercise), and walking as much as you can will bring your weight down, and the best part is not having to starve yourself.. lol. Your ideal weight is between 120-145 for your height.

Plz dnt luk out for quick results, but instead try to c a grdual change in u so that it last long. U need to first change yr diet for gud, simple rule is that if u want to cut of fat frm ur body , cut off fats frm ur fud, Firstly start having two litres of water everyday, then start execrsing for half an hour daily, have plenty of fresh vegetables & fruit these changes will definaelty bring yr weight dwn & boost yr self confidence, Plz dnt cheat on the above , one thing keep in mind NO PAIN NO GAIN

of course u can lose weight.
watch your diet and exercise a lot. you need to have discipline.
try to avoid junk and oily food. dont skip breakfast. avoid snacking.
you have to jog everyday. it is not how fast how far you jog but how long. swimming is good too.
try going to the gym and ask the trainers on specific parts you want to lose the fats. all this will take months so you need discipline and dedication.

Yes Yes Yes, You need to exercise, But let me tell you that you can not pin point were you will lose weight. When you lose weight it is all over your body not just one specific place. eat right and exercise. There is no miracle it is just dedication and how bad you want it.
