It is not healthy to starve yourself. During starvation, your muscle is converted into food for your body. The funny thing is that fats are harder to convert to food for your body as compared to the muscle. Therefore you loose more muscle mass int the process. Then your organs are converted in food.

In short, when you are starving, your body is eating itself.

your better to eat 6 small healthy meals a day to get your metabolism working in proper order. If your metabolism is working fine you'll have no problems burnin the unwanted fat you are trying to get rid. Think of your metabolism as a little fire and each little meal is like throwing wood on the fire keep it burning.
