i bought my tomtom on in febuaray and try useing first time last weekend. it could not read roads, took me comletely wrong direction and i have send my veiw to custemer service/tomtom but no reply. so i can not trust tom tom one navigation again. so plz tell me now ...what shall i do????????????????

hey, i think u all missunderstood.....i did set direction correct...it was telling me trun right/left where was no turning and where is no round about and telling me there is round about etc where i was on the moterway it strated to show me grass..........................

It's easy to select the wrong destination, especially if you are using the Post code and Street number. One digit wrong in the post code and it will indeed take you wrong. Try setting a destination you know using the full address mode (city, street, number) and then review what it comes up with before you set off

You may have not been using it correctly. You could have had it on "demonstrate route" setting for some other planned route.
TomTom is unlikely to take you in completely the wrong direction.. and also adjusts if you choose not to follow its suggestions.
