How should we deal with those among us who are not True Believers? Who do not practice what they preach?

And what about those who are so mean to those who Jesus says we should pray for and love....I think it makes Him cry.

They are like goats, we should not let them lead us good sheep astray. Continue to pray for those who need to receive Jesus, some day Jesus will come for us all. In Jesus' name I pray they accept Him before it is too late.

First, our attitude is very important. "Be kind and tender to one another. Forgive each other, just as God forgave you because of what Christ has done." (Ephesians 4:32) It is then that we are more able to "speak the truth in love" (Ephesians 4:15).

A helpful and challenging scripture often overlooked is: "If your brother sins against you, go to him. Tell him what he did wrong. Keep it among yourselves. If he listens to you, you have won him back. But what if he won't listen to you? Then take one or two others with you. Scripture says, 'Every matter must be proved by 2 or 3 witnesses.' But what if he also refuses to listen to the witnesses? Then tell it to the church. And what if he refuses to listen to the church? Then don't treat him as your brother. Treat him as you would treat an ungodly person or a tax collector" (Matthew 18:15-17).

The apostle Paul told Timothy, "Preach the Word....Correct people's mistakes. Warn them. Cheer them up with words of hope. Be very patient as you do these things. Teach them carefully" (2 Timothy 4:2).

"What if a person is caught in a sin? you who are guided by the Spirit should correct that person. Do it in a gentle way. But be careful. You could be tempted, too." (Galatians 6:1) In the case of continued and unrepentant adultery in the church family, the apostle Paul said, "Aren't you supposed to judge those inside the church? God will judge those outside. Scripture says, 'Get rid of that evil person!' " (1 Corinthians 5:12).

We should not judge them but encourage them by our example so they would come to see their path is not right! Jesus said we are to be the light of the world and we are to illuminate the way for those who are lost! Continue to pray for them that God will convict their hearts and turn them around! If they are doing something that would shed a bad light on the Lord and hinder others, I think you should go to them and point out what the Bible says about their behavior! If they do not listen, you have done what you could and should leave them in God's hands! Everything should be done out of love and concern for that person !One must be careful not to put himself in the judgment seat of God! Only God can judge this person, so leave it to Him!

Well my advise to all Christians is we better start getting back together and re-insert ourselves in our government.
I do though see your point but let's get back to what is best for us all. As believers.

Example: Separation of church and state. Public schools are not the "state." And they never have been. All public schools are locally owned and operated, yet we let school boards dictate the studies, eliminate all Christian studies, and tell us that if we want to we can sent of children to private school. But still pay the taxes for the public scholls. How about they sent sent their children to private schools? And again we, the majority, let the minority rule, A SHAME.

Pray for them of course, but that's a given I suppose. It's always a danger that they could sow dissention in a church, or create problems for others. A very difficult question. Correct them I suppose using Biblical discipline. That's a lot easier said than done though.

I don't know that there is anything we can do other than pray for them and be a good example. They are as bad, if not worse off, than those who do not even claim to believe in God.

Why are you so worried about how others practice their beliefs? Worry about yourself and your own spiritual walk.
The best way to help others is to be an example of Jesus' love.
