As per the UAE immigration and labour laws, it is illegal to work an expatriates in UAE, who is on visit visa. The appointment letter will not be worked out.

I would suggest you to get a visit visa from your current employer initially under his sponsorship and start working till the end of your probation period. Meantime they can arrange a work visa for you.

Good luck.

It's not allowed to work while on a visit visa. The company should provide you with a proper employment entry permit valid for 30 days and have your residence visa settled in within this time frame. To convert a visit visa into a residence visa is possible but should not be taking for granted. Regarding the visa rules, one has to leave the UAE and can re-enter after 30 days. To apply for an employment entry permit on your behalf takes less than 7 days and there isn't any reason to emply you on a visit visa, You want to enter the UAE to work and not as a visitor. Do it the proper way.

According to UAE laws, you are not allowed to do any kind of work as long as you are on a visit visa. If the police finds out that you're a visitor and working at the same time, they'll take you to jail. If a company needs you, that company has to get you an employment visa; in that case you leave the country and re-enter it again with the employment visa. Any thing else means that these people are cheating
