Running makes our bodies do crazy and abnormal things.

maybe u eat alot of acidic foods prior to jogging.. try drinking lots of water about an hour before and see if that's still happening. cuz it might be that the acidic foods are stirring up back up your chest area.

Try eating very little before jobbing. Drink a healthy drink but don't over load your stomach. Good luck.
