i love choc very much esp. cadbury...
but some people told me that i may get into ballon if i keep taking them without control~
well for me, it works to release tension;

dark chocolate (over 65% cocoa) is good for you. but...chocolate contains a lot of calories so count them and dont overeat - consume as much as you spend.

If you eat an unbalanced amount of chocolate then, yes, it will make you gain weight, but that doesn't mean you should stop eating it altogether (chocolate is the best!!) just make sure that you get the right servings of your basic food groups and not having too much chocolate as well as doing some minor exercising you'll be right.

Chocolate is very high in fat and sugar, which means lots of calories that are easily converted to bodyfat. If you insist on eating chocolate, you really need to be very disciplined in eating very little. If you're eating it every day, you're likely eating too much.

Chocolate does reduce stress, but it is only fattening if you don't exercise portion control and only eat it once in awhile. It is ounce for ounce the same amount of fats and calories as hard cheese.

if you are eating to much , it can make you fat and it can damage your healt too
i love it too but i stop eating a lot because i was in the hospital for 2 weeks they were talking about exece of sugar and that if i still gonna it like this i am going to have a lot of trouble dyabeth.
so try too eat it occasionaly

I eat 2 Reeses peanutbutter cups after lunch every day. I only weigh 109lbs.
