I'm going to be in FL in May and I want to get a tattoo on my right upper back....and I'm looking for a cute flower that would look good as a tattoo??
any suggestions

I have Phil Ochs tattooed on my arm (people singer) I even have "Never Die" and a rose tattooed throughout my feet, with a tigerbat above the feet on my left foot for Tiger Army. I see me getting a pair extra musician tattoos. I have an Ochs lyric tattoed around the again of my neck (Sacred are the scars) and an Op Ivy lyric around the insides of each fingers (It's lovely I might say... I do not need it some other means.) I'm considering a scorching-rod tradition tat, skulls and roses and a banner, gotta decide upon the lyric to move within the banner despite the fact that. As it stands in these days, I'd normally decide on "In demise as in existence, I will come up" or "My moral sense consists of the burden of blood."

never do roses. too generic. think of your childhood and what flowers meant the most to you. an arrangement at your grandmother's home or any other relative. remember' this will be on your body FOREVER. it should mean something to you and only you. think of a trip you took and a field of flowers you saw. you want every tattoo to have a story about it. look thru a book of flowers from where you were born and find one just for you!!!!!

I have a pink stargazer lily that I absolutely love! I get lots of compliments on it. But really you should just pick whatever your favorite flower is, a good artist can make any flower into a beautiful tattoo.

Try and make it your signiture somehow, like add your name to it (really small) or something like that.....Flowers as tattoo's are pretty popular, i guess im just saying maybe think about getting something different, something that no one or not many people have!!!

you could try a "flower blowing in the wind"...and you could have fallen petals all around. i think that'd be really creative.

choose a flower that YOU like...
see it on paper first...
my wife drew her own and then had the artist draw it on paper before she let him put it on her skin...
came out really nice...
she chose a single daisy... her favorite flower...

what about ur favourite flower.?.. alot of people have roses... but thats a little tacky in my opinion...
