there is no such thing as big boned!!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

There is such a thing as big-boned so please don't listen to "paigey". My suggestion is to eat more fruit and veggies, less sweets and more water. I believe that losing weight is all about portion control. Do you take a lunch to school or do you buy lunch at school? Try bringing your lunch to school and pack "healthier" foods like wheat bread and like I mentioned before, fruits and veggies. Buy fat free yogurt - I <3 that stuff. If you are allowed to chew gum at school (most likely your not) chew it. I find when I have something in my mouth (like GUM) then I don't think about eating anything. Only eat when you are hungry. When you think you are hungry, drink water. Water fills you up. In the morning for breakfast toast 1 slice of bread and put 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on it. That will fill you up and you won't be hungry short after that. hope this helps, good luck.

This might not be the best place for that question because people are mean on here sometimes. You need to find some kind of system that will work for you for the rest of your life really. Weight Watchers works really good, but you've got to stick with it. It's all about calories in vs. calories out basically. Diet and exercise. A no brainer really. All you need is a ton of will power and determination really. Good luck!

Do you believe a thought is a thing? It is!

Find a picture of how you want to look. Put it up where you can see it regularly. When looking at it imagine how you feel in that body, how it feels to feel good about your body and all the things you can do with that body the things you can wear on that body and say "Thank you that I feel so great and can live the life I want to live now" Picture it a done deal and start acting like it IS a done deal.

This is not a joke! It works!

you really need to lose the weight before you get heart disease or diabetes. You want to outlive your parents not have them planning your funeral. Good luck, you should also talk to a nutritionist and dr. they can help alot. Chances are, your parents might be overweight too, if you haven't received any help yet. But I stress this because you should be out playing sports and going on dates and stuff. I wish you the best of luck. Life is short, take care of the body that was given to you.

What do you want to do?

If you want to lose weight, then I suggest walking.

Once you get use to walking then I suggest you begin to evaluate your diet.

Once you have a regular routine of walking and changing your diet then begin some type of resistence training or weight training.

To assist in tracking your activity (walking) or eating habits, go to http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov/login.aspx. This is a free website and can give you an idea of how much exercise you should get and the types of food that you should eat.

ok, im sorry to give you the duh answer, but DIET AND EXERCISE! im in great shape and what works for me is dance! i take classes but as lame as it sounds, sometimes ill just turn up the fast beat and dance in my room, and i get really sweaty really fast so im sure it does something and its also totally FUN! and also what work really well, to crave your hunger, try eating fruit. vegetables are good too but i dont like vegetables and fruit are sweet so they actually taste like unhealthful food. the fruit work for me. AND WHATS REALLY GREAT! is like fruit that have A LOT of water in them like watermelon or cantaloupe, because the more water you consume, the fuller you feel. drinking water is good too! water is the only thing i drink, but i dont like soda so thats kind of an advantage for me but theres this thing that like if you drink hot water every hour, it speeds up your metabolism. ive tried that a few times but quit every time over like 2 weeks cause i kept forgetting to do it but keeping notes with alarms on my cellphone helped that but only until i started forgetting to put the alarms. lol. GOOD LUCK!
