Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. People laughed at him when he was building the Ark. I think after all those years Noah became a very strong person rising above the jokes and verbal abuse I hope one of his comments was,"How long can you tread water?" So with the world events that have been taking place, I have a question or a challange to you.How long will you ignore the warning signs that God has been giving us these days. Jesus said that there would be wars and rumors of wars, floods, starvation, earth quakes in many places, mens' hearts failing them for stress or fear. God does not want anything from us but our love and to love one another. I know I will get alot of verbal abuse for this question but as in the days of Noah so shall it be when Christ returns. Choose you this day whom you will serve , as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Read the bible, satan looses but you don't have to be on his team.

You bring out some very good points there, for, the Bible does say that in our day(when Jesus returns) it would be the same as it was in the days of Noah(Luke17:26)Noahafter receiving devine warning and the commission to tell other people, even though they laughed and mocked for they had never seen rain before, yet noah by faith built the Ark and saved himself and his family(Hebrews11:7)even as the events today that you mention the floods the earthquakes the wars the fear all mark that we are indeed in the end daysPeople today just like in the days of noah take no note untill it is too late. Some even going as far as claiming that Noah was a mythical character thereby also proclaiming the Bible as mythical Noah didn't relent or return the verbal abuse to those laughing at his word they were actually laughing and scoffing at God's word in this way. Today also, God is sounding a warning to people just as in Noahs day, and just as in Noahs day People scoff and laugh at this divine warning that God has commissioned his people to sound out to other poeple to warn them of the comming events and that they need to get on the winning side, for only the true God will win, Satan the false god of this system(2Corinthians4:4)who has blinded the minds of people will not, so if people stay on his side they too will loose out.You are right it is better to be on God's side God wants us to have a happy life which is what he is working to give to those on his side, where as Satan is working to loose our life for his wicked end challenge

Matt.24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. 36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. 37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Noah probably said, "Just wait, You'll see"....and unfortunately some people won't believe until they see Christ returning.

Bless you for asking the question even if you get some negative answers...You are planting and watering seeds.....God gives the increase.

There will be signs of revelations in every generation, we are supposed to live like revelations is coming this lifetime, so lets not take it too far when we see some. Because no one will know when it truly comes.

I may speak in the languages of humans and of angels. But if I don't have love, I am a loud gong or a clashing cymbal. I may have the gift to speak what God has revealed, and I may understand all mysteries and have all knowledge. I may even have enough faith to move mountains. But if I don't have love, I am nothing. I may even give away all my possesions to the poor and give up my body to be burned. But if I don't have love, none of these things will help me.
- 1 Corinthians 1:1-3

Remember to keep the Love:

4 Love is patient. Love is kind. Love isn't jealous. It doesn't sing its own praises. It isn't arrogant.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5 It isn't rude. It doesn't think about itself. It isn't irritable. It doesn't keep track of wrongs.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6 It isn't happy when injustice is done, but it is happy with the truth.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7 Love never stops being patient, never stops believing, never stops hoping, never gives up.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8 Love never comes to an end. There is the gift of speaking what God has revealed, but it will no longer be used. There is the gift of speaking in other languages, but it will stop by itself. There is the gift of knowledge, but it will no longer be used.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
9 Our knowledge is incomplete and our ability to speak what God has revealed is incomplete.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
10 But when what is complete comes, then what is incomplete will no longer be used.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
11 When I was a child, I spoke like a child, thought like a child, and reasoned like a child. When I became an adult, I no longer used childish ways.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
12 Now we see a blurred image in a mirror. Then we will see very clearly. Now my knowledge is incomplete. Then I will have complete knowledge as God has complete knowledge of me.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
13 So these three things remain: faith, hope, and love. But the best one of these is love.
