II was caught with less than a fourth a gram of cocaine.

It was my first offense. I am in New York.

I spent about 3 hrs behind bars. I have a desk appearance next month.

What am I looking at?

Honestly probably not much.....

The question you should have asked was why am I using this?

You SHOULD go to jail.....a crime is a crime and many people and Police Officers have died while trying to rid the streets of that cancer....and you people continue with this....

Grow the **** up and be a productive citizen in this country or keep doing what you do and you'll be dead in a couple of years and that might save everyone alot of time and money....

Hope you enjoyed embarrassing your Mom and Dad's name...

I hope you are looking at the New York Skyline from behind bars.

Should you plead guilty?????!!!! Did you have COCAINE IN YOUR POCKET?????

You wanted to be the cool guy, now it is time to be a MAN. Try it you might feel better about yourself down the road!!

I think you're looking at spending some money.

You won't go to jail, but you'll probably get a fine and maybe even sent to rehab (which you will have to pay for). As for a plea, you should get legal advice from a lawyer.

Maybe a fine. Maybe community service. Maybe some sort of probation. You have a record and as such, you are on thin ice. Don't make the same mistake again. If you do, I feel sure that you will see jail time.

It's a felony. Max penalty is 2 years/$10,000 fine. The best advice would be to see if you can get into a drug treatment/deferral program. 2nd best advice would be to plead "not guilty".
