It's merely Creationist rhetoric. Since they have no science, no evidence, and only lies to make a positive case, they are stuck trying to argue by diminishing evolution by rhetorical means. Their diploma mill degrees don't stand up well arguing against credentialed scientists, so they call them "evolutionists". It is merely a deceit to try to attempt to create an illusion that Creationism is an alternative.
