Any suggestions on where I can find info regarding the customs/practices ( eg. personal/intimate boundaries for touch, hygiene and grooming practices) of Sikh religion?

I know their grooming practicices are non-existent, its forbidden to cut your hair or beard. They actually tie their beard up, I had a sikh teacher once.
