We seem to be getting more than our fair share of offball questions posed by Anti-hunters. I for one consider them internet trolls and try to ignore them. Is there any good reason to answer them or does that just encourage them?

And how does that person feel about the ways chickens, pigs, and beef cattle are killed? Those are much less humane than hunting! Have they ever been to a slaughterhouse? I hope the person who left you that comment is a vegan. Even if they are, what about all of the animals killed by habitat lost to agriculture? Where does this person think that vegetables come from? They are grown on land that most wildlife can no longer use because of the way modern farming (agribusiness) is done. What about the fact that plants are alive, too? What about the bacteria that infect people with diseases? Don't they have a right to live, too? Also, the vast majority of deer die from starvation, predation, or freezing. Being shot by a hunter is much more humane for the deer. Would this person enjoy being attacked by a mountain lion and partially eaten while they are still alive? Or starving or freezing to death? No living thing can exist without directly or indirectly killing some other living things. There is nothing wrong about this. It is the way life has worked ever since there has been life.

you should only answer their stupid questions in THEIR question section. Every once in awhile go to the vegitarian section and answer a question for them by suggesting they eat more wild game. At the end of your response, tell them why you answered, because they keep coming to hunting section and giving their one sided opinion. Its all good clean fun.

It would be best if we ignored them, like the 'children' and their 'toy'questions, but some of their crapola is so asininely infantile, you just HAVE to take a poke at 'em!

it's not going to change their minds if that's what you're getting at. I persanal hate them for all it's worth and sometimes I answer back with witty comments and sometimes I don't. Internet trolling is lame and stupid and actually illegal in the US but who cares really...doesn't hurt my feelings I kill for food and sport.

Usually, after I see one of those stupid questions, I go and post on the vegetarian/vegan part of Yahoo! Answers. They tick us off, so we can do the same to them.
