if you eat around 500 cals a day u lose about 5lbs a wk so in six wks a month in a half u will be.. but it wont last

2Jenny Craig: u have time for short meetings once a week and like TV dinners and doesn't go out much and has time for exersise

its healthy to lose 1-2lbs a week, besides - be realistic - you didnt gain it in a week so ...
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

there are lots of ways.
laxatives, colonic, caffeine to increase metabolism, work out alot(3600 calories burned is approx 1 lb).sauna, cut calories severely, spit out saliva, manicure/pedicure(clippings, dead skin), shave off all body hair.
think about what is in your body that is expedable. finding ways to shed water is your best bet. putting your body in a catabolic state(body is breaking itself down for nutrients) will be the most difficult part.
theoretically you could drop 30 lbs in one week. but the consequences are severe. you would be exhausted, dehydrated, malnourished, you may even get sick from reduced immune response. also you would put the weight back on almost immediately plus a few pounds more.

1st--dont eat anymore junk//fast food
2nd--drink water instead of soda
3rd--300-400 crunches a night
4th--jump rope 10-20 min. a night.
jump roping 10 min.=30 min. of jogging.

i lost 15lbs in 5 days - so u do the math!
1)jogging every morning (haw far? depends on your stamina)
2)tae bo 5 times a week (1hr)
3)hot yoga twice a week (1hr 30mins - to strech and relax your muscles from tae bo and jogging)
eat healthy and drink at least 80 ounces of water a day.
eating jalapenos and taking 3 table spoons of apple cider vinegar will boost your metabolism!
-i feel toned and really healthy =)
