Me and a friend wanted to go get something eat, well to go there we have to ride the train. I wasnt carrying any money, she had a train pass, so she goes in and then hands me over the pass so I can get in as well. Well, I tried many times but couldnt get in, so this cop sees me and starts asking questions blah blah and she figures out it was my friend's pass. She wrote down our names and stuff, and said that it would go on our police record!!! Ugh, I felt like cussing her out she was such a rude btch.
Do you think she was just trying to scare us or will it def go in there?

It will be in her report at the end of the night but nothing that will stick to your "permanent record" she does however carry a little notebook around with her and if she cathes you agin she has you down as doing before and will probably charge you .

You are trying to use your friends pass and got caught and
it is the cop that is STUPID right?

What you were trying to do is illegal but you are only 15 so if it goes on you record it is not likely to be on you adult record.

Ask yourself this question, if you owned the trains would you want someone to steal from you? Wouldn't you be glad that a police officer caught the person?

If you can not honestly answer those questions (no/yes) then be prepared for a difficult life.

Of course not...you never recieved a ticket or any documented evidence, therefore you do not have a "record". You were not charge, therefore no record...and finally you did not comitte a felony, therefore no record that will follow you past the age of 18. The police officer was most likely trying to teach you a lesson about ethics and was just doing her job. She is monitoring the area where she works and if she sees you doing it again, you will most likely recieve a ticket, or possibly be detained.

Well let's see: you were trying to rip off the transit system and got caught. What part of that is the cop's fault?
You're a juvie so it probably won't go on your adult record. Be thankful and straighten your act up. Next time you might not be so lucky.

First of all ,you where trying to cheat ,trying to get a ride for free ,one pass two people?
and your language kind of sucks, calling a woman a biotch ,kind of gets you in big trouble later on .
women not allowing much these day's.
freedom of speech ,doe's not mean ,treat woman like trash.
and it will be a misdemeanor crime ,but yes will be on your record ,and if you keep going this route ,you going to have many more.

I doubt it will go on there, i did something alot worse when i was 15,(im 16 now) and they made a deal with me that if i did some community service, probation. that it would get wiped off my record for good, and she was just probably trying to scare you..

Wow, I'll take 2:1 odds that you didn't throw the "b*tch" term around while the female officer was still in ear shot. But anonymously using it on the internet, big cajones you got.

Let us see your police record in 5 years, then we'll see who is stupid.

You're showing your age and what a child you are. If it does go on your record, YOU put it there. YOU are responsible. Perhaps you might begin to understand when you begin puberty.
