Hi,
One of the most effective ways of preventing fat absorption is shaking your head at oily and fatty foods ;)
But for fats already inside your body, other than exercise, a detox is good for burning fats, increasing your metabolic rate and your energy level.
I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and healthily and i myself lost 15kg within 2 months via a detox.
I have also helped people lose a total of 500kg in the past few years via detox.
A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.
My detox programme has also been known to help people look and feel 5-10 years younger within 3-5 months time. If this were true, would you be interested?:)
And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com.

there is no miracle diet or fat burner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
dont you think if there would be everybody would be skinny??? there would be no obese people.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Don't use any pills... if you exersize and do resistance training - lifting weights, elastic bands (you dont need to lift a lot) that will speed up your metabolism... also, green tea contains EGCG which can help speed up your metabolism.
