Two different types of charts that tell you what weight you should be for your height. you are slightly underweight. you should be 130-160 to be healthy

You may feel overweight if you are comparing yourself to your friends who are probably shorter and thin. You are tall and if you are still in your preteens then you are tall for your age but dont worry your friends will catch up and they will fit right in with you.
