how long would the drugs be in there urine if they used the drugs together only one time?

The longest lasting drug is marijuana. With a single use, it is not detectable in the urine after around 3 days. This is for the average person.
In addition, this would apply to the less sensitive tests. Obese individuals would keep the drug in their system longer.

BUT:

No one knows. Not one single person on this planet. Would you like to know why?

There are too many variables. There is tremendous variation from person to person.

If you took this person to a pharmcokinetic laboratory and measured their renal and metabolic elimination of THC, you could then predict how long it would be in their urine.

30 days is a safe answer.
